Possibility of long term rental from October to May: for this option, thank you for contacting us.

 

We require a deposit of 175 € for the stay to be given to the keys, it will be refunded upon departure control keyholders the good condition of the apartment.

 

Cleaning Price: EUR 70 surcharge to give to keyholders at the keys. This price includes the complete cleaning of the apartment, bed linen and towels.

 

A 25% deposit is required upon booking, the balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.

 

If the reservation is made within 30 days before arrival the whole will be paid directly.

No smoking inside the apartment, there is possibility to smoke outside in the gardens, ashtrays are available.

 

In order to keep the apartment in good condition, pets are not allowed.

 

An electronic air conditioning is available, thank you for ensuring the proper functioning of the latter, it's imperative not to make it work with the doors open.
